Resident in Counseling:

Couples/Family Counseling:

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance
We do accept insurance.
- If in-network, we will bill your insurance directly. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered.
- If out-of-network, you may request a superbill for reimbursement. Your payment will be required at the time of your session.
- It is your responsibility to verify your benefits with your insurer.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up that are out of your control. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and No-show Sessions may be subject to a late charge fee of $100
Insurance does not cover no-show and late cancellation fees.
We know things happen — emergencies, illness, and unforeseen events — and we take those into consideration. If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible so we can best serve you.
